Provide support for all shift related issues for Mine Operations for BUE Employees & Shift Supervisors.
Support Mine Ops shift administration with clerical duties. Interacting with crews and leaders to optimize shift production. Accountable for crew payroll and vacation scheduling.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Proficient computer skills for word processing, communication & accessing a variety of information.

  • Effective oral and written communicator.

  • Well organized and able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Support Mine Ops shift administration with clerical duties.

  • Interacts with crews and leaders to optimize shift production.

  • Accountable for crew payroll and vacation scheduling.

  • Performs duties of moderate scope and complexity requiring some analysis, exercise of judgement and detailed knowledge of related work.

  • Compose correspondence, screen phone calls, schedule appointments, meetings & travel.

  • Develops own objectives and prioritizes workload with input as required.
