We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and driven individual to support our learners and our overall business operations. This individual will contribute significantly to Appian’s overall success by responding to learner questions and supporting all daily operational aspects of Appian training, including scheduling, training logistics, process improvement, payment and financial reporting. This position is the primary point of contact for enrollment management for Appian employee learning and the Appian sales and partner account executives to enroll clients and partners into training.

In this role you will:
Support all of our learners by responding to inquiries about Appian training.
Manage all aspects of enrollment for employee and external public and private instructor led courses for customers and partners, including learner purchases and registrations.
Organize and book logistics for training. This may include: room reservations, lunch, scheduling, etc.
Organize and keep track of participants/cohorts attending training
Coordinate the measurement process (surveys, interviews, focus groups) for trainers to certify internal candidates
Organize and keep track of partner certification programs to ensure proper communication and actions take place. Reply to questions from external audiences (partners) and/or escalate to the appropriate stakeholders as needed.
Manage the overall instructor staffing grid to ensure visibility into instructor commitments, availability, upcoming training, etc.
Become the expert on the employee learning LMS experience & portfolio by maintaining overall LMS design, updating curriculums, identifying courses for retirement or maintenance and working with BT on additional updates or enhancements.
Assign required training to employees, create reports, and monitor progress.
Work with Finance to process monthly reconciliations and requirements for reporting revenue.
Gather data around all workflows and implement improvements to streamline through new process changes and recommended automation.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in training operations, preferably within the IT industry.
Proven ability to interact directly with employees, customers, and partners with clear and professional communications both verbal and written. Experience in communicating at all levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills, logical approach to planning and implementing projects and addressing roadblocks.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
Must be comfortable coordinating and working in global virtual teams.
Experience with either or both Google/MS suite of Sheets/Excel; Docs/Word and Slides/PowerPoint.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, industrial and Organizational Psychology, Educational Assessment, Instructional Design, or equivalent work experience.
