We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager to lead and shape our recruitment marketing strategy across the EMEA region. As a pivotal member of our Talent Acquisition Global Excellence team, you will leverage your expertise in digital media, data analytics, and employer branding to create impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that connect with job seekers and showcase Fresenius Medical Care as an employer of choice. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Recruitment Marketing Projects: Spearhead talent branding and recruitment marketing initiatives specific to the EMEA region, developing and executing campaign strategies that resonate with diverse markets. Manage internal stakeholders, cross-functional team members, and external agencies to ensure seamless delivery within budget and timelines.
Develop Multi-Channel Strategies: Craft and implement innovative recruitment marketing strategies and employer brand programs to support talent attraction across multiple channels, tailoring approaches to different geographies and business functions.
Execute End-to-End Campaigns: Design, manage, and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across a range of platforms, supporting multiple business functions across the EMEA region. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the talent acquisition teams to build robust recruitment pipeline campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall recruitment objectives and strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition organization and direct recruiting teams to identify campaign and material needs, ensuring a consistent employer brand message across all touchpoints.
Manage Digital Advertising Budget: Oversee digital advertising budgets and calendars across channels, governing recruitment marketing tactics that enable recruiters to attract and hire top talent effectively.
Content Creation & Brand Voice: Write compelling content in line with our employer brand voice for various digital platforms, including the career site, employee stories, email marketing campaigns, and internal communications. Create engaging graphics, GIFs, and videos for employer brand and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Training & Enablement: Develop training materials such as playbooks, presentations, and job aids to enable recruiters and HR business partners to understand and implement best practices in recruitment marketing.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Establish and monitor key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of acquisition campaigns, providing actionable insights to enhance future strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree is highly desirable. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
A minimum of 5+ years in digital marketing, advertising, demand generation, or similar roles, preferably within a healthcare or talent acquisition environment.
Demonstrated experience with marketing tools such as email marketing, digital advertising, web analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
Strong creative mindset with an eye for design. Experience in creating graphics, videos, or other multimedia content is a plus.
Proven track record of building, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to engage effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
