What you'll do...
As a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management within our Supply Chain Excellence Insights and Design team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing supply chain quality and driving strategic decision-making through advanced analytics. Leveraging your expertise in data and analytics, SQL, Google Big Query, and project management, you will lead initiatives to optimize processes and deliver actionable insights to senior and executive leadership. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in supply chain operations.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage quality improvement initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Analyze and interpret complex supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Utilize SQL and Google Big Query for data extraction, transformation, and advanced analysis to support decision-making processes.
Implement and manage data workflows in Dataiku to streamline and automate data processes, enhancing operational efficiency.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior and executive leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion by managing resources, timelines, and risks effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data driven solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in supply chain management.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive performance improvements.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop strategies to address supply chain issues, optimizing processes and enhancing overall supply chain performance.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
4 years’ experience with data analytics, trend analysis, value stream mapping, or related performance tracking functions.
4 years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain management, demonstrating comprehensive understanding of supply chain operations.
Familiarity with additional data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
