What you'll do...

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to work within our Returns/Reverse Network. This role is pivotal in implementing change and aligning our return centers with the strategic vision for the next 5 years and beyond. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating SOPs, building frameworks, fostering cross-functional collaboration, creating performance metrics, and eliminating manual labor.

This role is based in Waco, TX and can travel up to 50% of the time.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation and Change Management

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's vision.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transition during periods of change.

Operational Excellence

  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to standardize and optimize return processes.
  • Eliminate manual labor where possible by introducing automation and efficient workflow processes.
  • Drive operational efficiency by optimizing workflow and movement between multiple units.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and coherence across different centers.
  • Work closely with third-party collaborators to ensure seamless integration and operation.

Performance Metrics and Tools

  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance and efficiency.
  • Create and implement tools to support operational processes and performance tracking.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area. 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office.
