The Opportunity
Procter & Gamble is seeking a Senior Scientist – Products Research to join our Baby Care North America Team. In this role, you will focus on midstream innovation on critical projects to impact Baby Care North America growth, while continuing to drive technical product superiority. This work will include both innovation & integration, requiring fast-cycle learning with consumers, data-based & intuition-based decision making, and creativity to balance delivering an irresistible consumer experience with an aggressive schedule to meet the business needs.

Pay Range: $105,000 - $150,000
