The Head of Connections will lead a dynamic team to connect brands to audiences across paid, earned, shared, and owned media with purpose and results. This role will encompass disciplines such as Paid Media, Social, Influencer, Discoverability, Public Relations, Partnerships, and more. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, strategic and business acumen, integrated marketing expertise, and a self-learner attitude.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team across various disciplines within the Connections department.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that prioritizes professional growth and development.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable goals, strategies, and tactics across channels and touchpoints.
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns that leverage the synergy between different media channels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in media strategy, integrated marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, particularly in the digital and social media landscape.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and experiment with new methods.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
