Marketing & Corporate Affairs (MCA) works across the Group as a trusted partner to build and protect CBA’s reputation and brand equity, increase CBA’s competitive advantage and support the Group’s business success and market value.

Marketing’s purpose is to connect insights and creativity to deliver value to customers. We put the customer at the centre of everything we do and measure our performance against the Group’s purpose, customer advocacy and business success. Corporate Affairs strengthens stakeholder support and advocacy for CBA by shaping, articulating and bringing to life how the bank is creating a brighter future for all, from individual customers to the national agenda.

In this role you will be part of the Brand, Partnerships & Creative team in Marketing.

MCA, alongside the broader CBA Group, has transitioned to agile ways of working. In an agile capacity, this role is a Chapter Member for Brand Campaigns & Go To Market (GTM).
