Role Purpose 职位目标:

To create and maximize value and potential for RESP brand by developing, planning and implementing marketing strategy and promotional tactics that aligned with the brand strategy to achieve targeted sales growth and market share growth.
 

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责:

1) To achieve targets within the allocated budget
- Achievement of sales target, market share target. And control of marketing and promotional expenditure within the allocated budget, leveraging resources to gain optimal ROI

2) To develop and plan marketing strategy successfully
- Development of Brand Plans and Forecasts for the assigned product, including details of brand marketing strategy, resources and sales projections, etc.
- Accurate collection, analyses and monitoring of market intelligence including competitors information
- Gaining market and customer insight through relevant market research programs and other intelligence platform, then further elaborate the findings to cross functional team for better business understanding.

3) To implement marketing strategy and tactics optimally
- Design and execution of product marketing tactical plan/promotional mix and ensuring that these plans are implemented optimally and thoroughly to meet agreed objectives
- Integration and co-ordination of Marketing activities through effective sales force support and engagement efforts.
- Establish partnership and relationship with key external experts for social influencer cultivation.

4) To build up and maintain excellent collaboration with other functions
- In consultation with Training function to ensure the input and involvement of sales force brand-related training as appropriate
- Collaboration with Medical Affairs and Regulatory function to provide quality and evidence-based promotional support to sales force that would nurture and support strong Brand positioning

Qualifications/Requirements 申请资格 / 职位要求:

-University degree

Minimum of 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry and brand management.

-Demonstrated solid experience in brand marketing strategy development, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and strong analytical skill.

-Workable oral and written communication skills in English

-Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated
