Talent recruitment: for Nike Internship Program: in collaboration with managers from different departments (Marketing, Communication, Sales, support functions…), you will be in charge of the recruitment process of internships& traineeships from A to Z (job boards, shortlisting, offering applications, participation to interviews…)

Onboarding : create and organize the onboarding of new interns and trainees to make sure they have a great experience

Management of applications data basis, reporting, administrative follow-up
•
HR follow-up : HR paperwork, medical check-up, employees seniority reward program,
•
You will be also working alongside other HR projects (supporting the HR team on the HR strategy and policies deployment).
