Your Mission:
In this pivotal role, you will lead the charge in driving business transformation through the modernization of our enterprise business applications and solutions ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with leaders across the organization to optimize our operations, boost revenue growth, and elevate customer and colleague experiences. Your mission encompasses identifying, aligning, and executing business solutions and application roadmaps that yield substantial business benefits. You will lead an ERP transformation initiative, oversee the entire enterprise application portfolio lifecycle, and manage development, quality assurance, and maintenance of new and existing technical business solutions.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Application Strategy and Leadership:
- Foster strong business relationships and critical partnerships across the organization to conceptualize and implement innovative business solutions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with senior leaders, customers, internal partners, and external stakeholders.
- Lead and execute against the broader digital and technology vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and lead a visionary enterprise application ecosystem strategy aligned with strategic business objectives and customer and employee enablement.
- Drive the development of technology products aligned with business goals overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
- Drive business transformation through modernization, integration, and the incorporation of hyper-automation, artificial intelligence, and innovation.
- Own the business technology and application strategy, solutions, investment roadmap, and execution priorities, aligning them with evolving business goals.
- Stay informed about market trends and emerging regulatory requirements, educating and strategizing accordingly.
- Lead technology R&D efforts, experimenting with new technologies, and fostering a culture of creativity and exploration within the technology team.
Agile Value Delivery
- Lead and deliver exceptional customer and colleague experiences in line with our aspiration to be the world's best customer service company.
- Implement technologies that enable a flexible, mobile workforce and enhance end-to-end collaboration and productivity.
- Develop plans for return on investment and prepare strategies to reduce operational risks and cost. Communicate value delivery plans and timelines in partnership with the ePMO.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of company-wide technology programs, applications, and innovations, including an ERP transformation strategy.
- Drive excellent outcomes in manufacturing, supply chain, human capital management, financial management, asset management, operations technology integration, etc.
- Ensure new software integrations across into company platforms meet functional, technical and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, implement, and monitor budgetary, resource, metric, and scorecards internally and externally.
- Drive strategic, program and operational execution excellence through effective development, delivery and quality assurance, and resource allocation principles leveraging Agile and other applicable methodologies.
- Ensure robust security safeguards, optimal service delivery, and responsible financial stewardship.
Team Engagement and Development:
- Lead the ERP, digital and software application development, quality assurance, release management, and maintenance teams.
- Cultivate and retain a high-performing and engaged IT leadership team and staff.
- Partner to attract, retain, and nurture top-tier talent within the organization.
- Build high-performing technology teams that collaborate seamlessly across the enterprise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, with additional IT certifications preferred. Graduate degree preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise applications, spanning strategizing, architecting, deploying, operating, evolving, and retiring applications.
- Expertise in ERP ecosystem transformation for portfolios of $100 million+.
- Proven ability to interface and partner with business leaders and strategic partners.
- Strong track record of leveraging cross-functional resources to deliver customer-focused solutions.
- Extensive experience with modern enterprise application lifecycle management approaches, including customer experience, transforming solution delivery (Agile, Dev Ops, Design Thinking), and business value realization.
- Strong working knowledge of current and upcoming enterprise applications trends, with a point of view on the evolving concepts and best practices.
- Innovative and critical thinking, adaptability in problem-solving, and the ability to provide actionable outcomes.
- Strong presentation skills suitable for all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in new software integration and compliance with functional requirements and security standards.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 280,000.00 to $ 340,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
