The Financial Contract Reporting and Administration (FCRA) department handles contractual reporting to various entities including talent and co-production companies on all Warner Bros. Discovery film, television, home entertainment, games, and new media libraries using the latest in enterprise technology and software. FCRA is an exciting, fast-paced organization that provides a unique opportunity to learn many aspects of the entertainment business – from production to initial film release through all downstream channels of distribution. FCRA is an excellent way to work with many parts of the company and the division offers training on a number of applications and platforms throughout the year. This position is responsible for providing administrative support for FCRA.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for support services including, but not limited to, updating/maintaining all email distribution lists, helping to arrange offsites, meetings and training sessions, and handling travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Will be working in various systems, including but not limited to, Setup in the Participations system, ticket creation in JIRA and Title/Participant creation in eDocs
  • Onboards new employees for multiple departments which includes requesting hardware and requesting/confirming access to the various systems used by each department
  • Assists in the preparation/coordination of special projects and department activities including assembling presentations, status reports and workflow tools
  • Oversee general department wide mailboxes and distribution of information as needed
  • Performs ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned

Work Experience

  • 1 - 2 years of prior work experience
  • Previous accounting or financial related experience a plus
  • Previous entertainment industry work experience a plusEducation,

Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent years of work experience required
  • Accounting or Finance degree a plus

Knowledge/Skills

  • Strong PC Skills required
  • Excellent skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook required
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and management
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to adapt and learn new technology
  • Must be detail oriented
