Senior Customer & Market Insights Analyst

As a Senior Customer & Market Insights Analyst on Expedia's Global Markets team, you will support the growth of key LATAM markets by leading and/or collaborating on multi-disciplinary initiatives, whether through data or implementing business processes. It is critical for you to be comfortable working with complex data and to be able to effectively communicate useful findings. You must be willing to go deep, navigate through ambiguity, and work in an environment where you must partner with multiple local and global stakeholders to achieve success. Your business acumen, discernment, and analytical skills will be put to the test as we bring on new initiatives and optimize existing marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include owning discrete pieces on audience pertinent initiatives, actions, analysis, and charting out the vision of the path forward. Working with channel owners, business analysts, market managers and internal teams to ensure data-integrity and to develop useful reporting and recommendations. This role will rotate across various channels & perspectives of our business—providing you broad exposure to Expedia and the fundamentals of analytics, product, and marketing!
