As a Product Care Engineer intern, you will play a crucial role in the lifecycle management of our surge arrester products. You will contribute to product design, technical support, and process improvement while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic engineering environment.
Your responsibilities
You will be part of the Product Care team and learn about the lifecycle of products
You will learn and be responsible for surge arrester’s design
You will have real life example about technical support provided to every department
You will learn how to lead tasks and small projects from stakeholder alignment, to define, plan and implementation activities
You will carry out and document tests to qualify designs, materials, products, and processes
You will conduct RCA and DOEs on factory issues and customer complaints
Your Background
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience with CAD software (such as ProE or similar)
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in English, with German language skills being a plus
Valid work permit for Switzerland
Duration: 1 year
