Role Summary:
As the Brand Head at Ashirvad, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the brand equity through strategic brand communication and media planning. You will conduct consumer research to study brand equity and develop a comprehensive Brand Key in collaboration with creative agencies. Your role will involve tracking the brand’s health through annual brand tracking research and designing brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and internal communications. Additionally, you will oversee corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives at the brand or company level and manage corporate video assets.


Candidate Profile:
Has in-depth understanding of Brand Management with experience launching a new brand or re-launching an existing brand. Experience in Brand Positioning/Re-positioning exercise based on strong consumer insight, with well-designed Brand Key/Map and Brand guidelines would be relevant and necessary. Will preferably be currently from top companies in FMCG industry OR ex-FMCG and currently working at top companies operating in Paints, Tyres, Lubricants, Adhesives etc.


Roles and Responsibility:
1. Brand Equity Study & Consumer Research:
• Conduct in-depth consumer research to understand brand perception and market trends.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for brand growth and improvement.
• Present research findings to senior management and stakeholders.
• Consumer Insighting to identify deeper connection possibilities for brand with consumer.
2. Brand Key Development:
• Work closely with creative agencies to develop and refine the Brand Key.
• Ensure alignment of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Oversee the creation of compelling brand narratives and storytelling.
3. Brand Communication & Media Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies.
• Plan and manage media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Collaborate with media agencies to optimize offline media spend and performance.
4. Brand Health Tracking:
• Implement annual brand tracking studies to monitor brand health.
• Analyze brand performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Develop strategies to address any identified brand weaknesses.
5. Brand Guidelines Design & Compliance:
• Create and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines.
• Ensure all marketing communications and internal communications adhere to brand standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure brand consistency.
6. Corporate Video Asset Management:
• Oversee the production and management of corporate video assets.
• Ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with production teams and agencies to deliver high-quality video content.
