About the Job
Abnormal Security is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to execute and scale our digital marketing programs not only driving down funnel pipeline but also increase market demand. You will work collaboratively with other members of the marketing team (Content, PMM, Creative, Web Team) and use clearly defined metrics to track and measure performance of digital program effectiveness. Abnormal is aggressively expanding its marketing team and budget and you will be presented with many opportunities to work on cross-functional tasks with other programs. The ideal candidate will have a bias for action and has high attention to detail.
What you will do
- Manage paid media campaigns globally (paid social, paid search, other paid media channels) to drive direct & influenced pipeline growth
- Develop paid media program plans that will scale and align to business and strategic goals and translate to agency for day to day execution
- Owning the full buyer journey from topic research, landing page / CTA creation, to sales follow up messaging
- Organize & analyze digital marketing programs/tactics by campaigns, being able to track and report on key KPIs, as well as make recommended enhancements to improve campaign performance.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all paid channels
- Research and identify optimal keywords + topics that align to sales and marketing business goals
- Day to day management of external agency to drive campaign alignment, execution, and optimization of various paid media channels.
- Identify and target appropriate job titles, personas, and companies to drive quality engagements and down funnel outcomes.
- Report summary metrics weekly, monthly, quarterly - though you will manage day-to-day metrics
- Ensure KPIs for paid search and paid social campaigns are documented, accurate and tracked aligning to stage of funnel of tactic/channel
Must Have
- Experience with developing and executing SEM strategy including keyword research and competitive insights gathering
- Experience with managing performance driven team or agency, whether internal or external
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, and 6Sense
- Ability to dive into data, uncover insights and optimize campaigns appropriately
- Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, able to "turn on a dime", think through problems and come up with innovative solutions, and deliver against very tight deadlines
- Bias for action, high attention to detail and exhibit clear ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Bring fresh ideas to the table in order to test and learn from while also exhibiting strong ownership over the work completed.
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Nice to Have
- B2B Enterprise marketing campaign experience in cybersecurity & email security highly desirable
- Familiarity with building forms and landing pages in platforms
- Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense experience
- Experience with media/marketing attribution reporting and campaign automation
- Strong understanding of how SEO and SEM complement each other
