The Voice of Member Team provides well-reasoned insights and strategic advice to stakeholders at all levels across the RAC Group with the aim of driving more informed member and business decisions.  

 

We are seeking a Voice of Member Coordinator to join our dedicated team, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the voices of our members are heard and acted upon. 

 

Reporting to the Senior Manager Voice of Member, you will be responsible for coordinating member correspondence for the Voice of Member Team including distribution and quality control. Your work will provide analytical support for quantitative research projects, helping to shape the future of our organisation. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure the accuracy and validity of survey sample lists in Excel, collaborating with various business areas to target the right audience. 
  • Script and coordinate the deployment of online surveys, including handling survey email invitations and managing survey dashboards. 
  • Oversee member correspondence via the Voice of Member Team email inbox. 
  • Recruit and manage participants for the Member Opinion Panel. 
  • Manage member research contact rules, including handling unsubscribes. 
  • Coordinate member prize draws and assist with the analysis of survey feedback. 
  • Provide administrative and analytical support across all Voice of Member Team activities. 

About You: 

  • You are proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • You possess strong written communication skills and can effectively engage with various business levels. 

  • You handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity. 

  • You have experience in email marketing coordination or similar roles, with a strong preference for candidates with survey or market research experience. 

  • You are detail-oriented, able to work autonomously, and are eager to learn new software packages.
