Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in coding, testing, and debugging activities while ensuring that the software components integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, ensuring that the solutions you create are efficient and effective.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Hands on experience (2+ years) in application development using Angular 16+, Typescript, Rxjs, NgRx, HTML5, CSS3.
Proficient in Javascript framework.
Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance front-end solution.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with backend Engineers, UX/UI designers to build cohesive and user-friendly applications.
Participate in and contribute to code reviews, ensuring code quality, maintainability and adherence to team standards.
You have experience with writing different types of tests like unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, Karma).
Troubleshoot and debug frontend issue and resolve the findings.
Knowledge of Web Accessibility WCGA2.2 A, AA Standards.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
