Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Summary:
As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their business challenges and system requirements. You will provide expert advice on integrating various business and technology solutions, ensuring that client needs are accurately translated into effective and efficient implementations. Your role includes facilitating discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journeys, collaborating with stakeholders to design functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. Throughout the day, you will work to ensure that the technology solutions delivered meet the intended business goals and support seamless integration across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to resolve them.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of integration strategies with overall project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying data integration and transformation solutions using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex integration workflows and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization techniques related to Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience working with various data sources and formats to ensure seamless data integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
