Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to senior executives and studio heads in making strategic decisions for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing game-changing strategy: You will be expected to bring fresh ideas and inspire out-of-the-box thinking among senior leaders. You will need to be a thought leader who can challenge existing assumptions and drive innovation.
- Managing business incubation: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving product innovation through partnerships. You will need to be a skilled negotiator who can forge strong partnerships with other companies.
- Monitoring global game market and technology trends: You will need to stay up-to-date with the latest industry and technology trends and identify emerging opportunities. This will require a deep understanding of the gaming/media/entertainment industry, especially in artificial intelligence and related fields.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- More than five years of work experience: You must have at least five years of experience working in strategy consulting, investment banking, or the tech industry.
- Demonstrated strategic vision: You must be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, business insights, and a deep knowledge of the gaming/media/entertainment industry.
- Resourceful and willing to develop a network: You should be a self-starter who is comfortable with uncertainty and able to drive results through disciplined work. You should also be willing to develop a network of contacts within the industry (including industry leaders and aspiring start-ups).
- Effective team player: You should be an effective team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Overall, as a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of the organization and driving growth through new business opportunities and partnerships. You will need to be a strategic thinker, a skilled negotiator, and an effective team player who can inspire and lead others.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $102,200 to $187,700 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
