  • Problem solving and support business unit issues, clarification and analysis on control database in ServiceNow
  • Implement & development  of best practices ensuring reliability, easy and no/as little as possible manual maintenance of master control database
  • Report to the risk & reporting manager and provide support to the controls manager and Associate Director of Governance in preparing preliminary analyses on risk and control issues
  • Support the Risk & Reporting Manager in preparing and data gathering for SOX Scoping, SOX cycle readiness, year-end certification, risk management control board papers, SOX testing board papers, Grant of Authority (GoA) analysis, and other regional board papers.
  • Provide support to governance manager in analyses of control exceptions and control change proposal and provide recommendation.
  • Keep up-to date and closely control data quality to uphold the integrity and completeness of information across our risk & control tool, website and reference materials.
  • Develop comprehensive guides and presentations to facilitate user understanding and proficiency in utilizing the audit tool, conducting tailored training sessions as needed.
  • Provide business support to the tech team in enhancing and managing the audit tool's day-to-day operations (BAU).
  • Design and implement standardized reporting structures within the audit tool, empowering users with insightful analytics and reporting capabilities using modern tools like PowerBI, Celonis, and Alteryx to optimize risk mitigation and costs
  • As an influencer of optimal financial control and reporting risk, maintain and participate in internal stakeholder forums to give updates on key initiatives, and seek information from other risk groups on potential upcoming risks (Risk scanning). Controls that are highly manual or high risks areas should be optimized and improved.
