Pfizer is hiring an Expert Brand Manager for Inflammation & Immunology and Rare Disease Therapeutic Areas – Site of Budapest.

Contract Type: Temporary

Key Experience Offer of this Role 

  • Leadership without authority: Cross-functional brand leadership across Customer Facing Colleagues, H&V, Account management, medical, legal, regulatory, compliance, finance, logistic etc.
  • External Ambassador: Partners with Medical to identify and manage KOLs.
  • Visibility: Acts as the single-point ‘go-to person’ on all portfolio related matters, forms, represents the portfolio on all regional matters

Primary Responsibilities

  • Have deep market, customer, patient and competitor knowledge and insight, ideally within the I&I and Rare Disease portfolio space and effectively uses them to articulate and drive the brand strategies.
  • Owns, defines, and drives country specific Therapeutic Area and Brand strategy and tactical plans for promoted brands
  • Generating revenue growth, drive product growth and lifecycle management, demand forecasting and Manage A&P for I&I/Rare Disease brands as well as ensuring the realization of profitability through market access tools
  • Selects best-fitting modules from the global provided content and trans-create, customize, manage approval & roll-out of new promotional materials as needed
  • Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with Pfizer SOPs, laws, and regulations

What You Offer

Basic Qualifications

  • PharmD (pharmacist), MedD (doctor) degree is required
  • 5-10 years of marketing or relevant function (commercial, medical, H&V) experience within the industry
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Hungarian - as local language - and in English is must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospital tender business
  • Master's degree or MBA desired
  • Understanding on the healthcare environment and how to adapt strategies/initiatives to meet healthcare and patient needs
  • Experience on translating data and insights to strategies – filling the gap between why and how
  • Exceptional prioritization - among/across brands, resource-constrained context are job-related qualifications not absolutely required for performance of the job but are desired and enhance a candidate’s ability to perform the job.
