Position Overview:

Due to company growth, Insulet International is looking to hire a Senior Sales Operations Analyst focused on International Marketing insights based at our London headquarters, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations.

We are looking for an insights-focused professional, who is a self-starter, with a strong ability to collaborate with different teams within the business and can work independently when required. They will have a curious mindset, leading to creative, yet practical solutions to problems. The ideal candidate must possess both strong analytical and communication skills. Their ability to calibrate quality standards and depth of analysis with flexibility and commercial pragmatism is critical.

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for insights delivery anchored to International Marketing programs covering both Consumer and Health Care Professional journeys.

  • Actively collaborate with International Marketing, Inside Sales and adjacent commercial stakeholders to develop actionable insights across our direct to consumer and health care professional programs – anchored to their ‘care abouts’ and executive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

  • Interrogate data across the end-to-end journey to surface new trends and insights to inform marketing recommendations – including investment decisions. Apply Marketing Mixed Modelling (MMM) methodologies to estimate the impact of marketing campaigns on commercial performance trends.

  • Maintain performance dashboards to support our DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) Program. Partner with Marketing, Inside Sales and Finance to drive continuous improvements in terms of demand generation, lead conversion efficacy, ROI and Inside Sales performance.

  • Establish novel approaches to drive meaningful collaboration between Marketing, Inside Sales & Field Sales to identify and unlock new sales opportunities informed by lead nurture insights at territory account and health care professional levels.

  • Collaborate with Inside Sales leadership and the Sales Operations team to develop motivational incentive compensation plans for Inside Sales (Omnipod Specialists) tied to SMART measures that support sustained high performance and aligned with sales strategy.

  • Provide consultative support to help shape our lead generation and nurture processes – with a key focus on data capture along the journey through our internal applications, including Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and Amazon Connect, to enable downstream analytics.

  • Provide Marketing operational support through delivery of one-off data extracts to directly inform email list submissions.

  • Assess data-quality standards across Marketing & Inside Sales-led processes and implement tactics to drive-up quality including record clean-up and implementation of data governance controls as needed.

  • Participate in special projects as needed

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree – or equivalent
  • 5+ years of strong (Marketing) analytical & problem-solving experience working in Sales Operations
  • Advanced Excel (Advanced Formulas, Modelling, Pivot Tables & Dashboards)
  • Advanced data analytics skills using tools including Tableau / PowerBI & Google Analytics
  • Experience with commercial systems: Salesforce & Marketing Cloud and Amazon Connect preferred
  • Experience producing engaging analytics to tell the story behind the numbers
  • Ability to understand, create and deliver top-quality, audience-appropriate communication
  • Ability to operate well in a fast-paced, high-growth and deadline-driven environment
  • Focused and capable of delivering continuous process improvement
  • Close attention to quality and detail
  • Experience in Business Analysis, Process Improvement / Project Management is advantageous
  • European language skills advantageous
