WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
NIKE’s European Logistics Campus (ELC) in Laakdal, Belgium serves a large network of retailers, Nike stores and consumers not just in Europe but across the world. We are looking for engaging and diverse professionals that are willing to join our team for a 3-month internship starting in February at our Nike’s European Logistics Campus in Laakdal, Belgium. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor/Master Degree student or equivalent in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or other relevant fields
Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proven great teammate attitude
Ambitious, autonomous and information seeking attitude
Academic, volunteering, or previous internship experiences related to Human Resources are a plus (please include in your CV)
A global attitude and ideally a passion for sport!
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST
Be a student for the whole duration of the internship (enrolled in a university/ higher education institution in Belgium)
Be available for a 3-month fulltime internship starting February 10th, 2025
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Work with the various teams within EMEA HR Operations to find opportunities for immediate process improvement
Being part of the People Solutions Consulting team
Support in updating and implementing (local) policies and procedures
Build the argument for change through research and analysis
Develop critical metrics and scorecards for timely and accurate tracking of critical metrics
Lead data management processes and system implementation
Assess results and activities to document and implement process improvements
Support HR Manager in HR process excellence (e.g. Performance Management cycle)
Monitor legislative changes: collecting and consolidating in the HR compliance space, preparing communications to key collaborators
Liaise with wider HR Operation Teams to understand requirements gathering for wider projects
