Job Description:

The Senior Process Documentation and Improvement Analyst is responsible for creating detailed process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and identifying areas for process improvement across HR technologies and business processes. This role focuses on ensuring processes are well-documented and streamlined, providing clear guidance and recommendations for enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Creates detailed process maps and SOPs to document current HR processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across all documentation.
  • Works closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand current processes, ensuring documentation aligns to existing processes. Analyzes existing processes and makes recommendations for improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall process quality and effectiveness.
  • Promotes the standardization of processes and the adoption of best practices across HR operations, supporting the consistent application of process improvements.
  • Stays informed about process improvement methodologies and tools, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance HR processes through documentation and analysis.
  • Provides training and support to HR teams on new or updated processes, ensuring understanding and adoption of process improvements. Collaborates with others on the creation of training materials and implementation of new processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, with 4+ years of experience in process documentation, improvement, or related roles.
  • Expertise in creating process maps, SOPs, and other process documentation. Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review processes, identify inefficiencies, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
