In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• A permanent full-time position at our location in Petaling Jaya with the following tasks:
• Provide 1st and 2nd Level remote support to our global users.
• Participation in the global Service Desk
• Support of telecommunications systems such as mobile devices and VoIP and AV systems.
• Documentation, execution of user training
• Work European work hours.

To succeed you must hold:

• Candidates who have practice-oriented training or a bachelor’s degree in information technology or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in user support
• Good knowledge about Windows 10, Office 365, Print, Basic Networking, VoIP and similar
• Being fluent in English is extremely important as the role involves supporting users globally.
• A self-reliant individual with a structured work ethic, comfortable working in a team
