Part-Time Customer Service Advisor


Hours: Please note that this is a part-time role requiring you to alternate shifts. The schedule follows a rotating pattern and will vary each week .

Your Role:

  • Respond to customer queries accurately, following set guidelines and procedures.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting their security systems and provide operational support.

  • Schedule engineer visits and ensure clear communication throughout the service process.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within our systems.

  • Participate in ongoing training initiatives and immerse yourself in ADT’s values and culture.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A customer-oriented individual with a proactive, positive approach.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with solid proficiency in English.

  • Strong attention to detail and basic IT literacy.

  • Previous experience in customer service or contact centres is a plus.
