Position Summary:
Supports all aspects of total compensation ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Conducts job evaluation using market intelligence, internal equity and provides insight to HR partners and leaders. Supports merit/bonus/equity processes and provides procedural compensation support. .Review, recommend and approve compensation inquiries/requests collaborating with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team when needed.
Perform market and internal equity compensation evaluation and analysis to assess and communicate competitive compensation ranges that are aligned with business goals.
Participate in compensation surveys through job content analysis for matching survey jobs, data collection, and survey submission.
Supports the planning, execution and communications for the global annual compensation review process.
Assists with analysis and data reviews during equity and annual bonus processes.
Manages one or more compensation processes: Incentive Compensation Plan uploads, other recognition and one-time payments/incentive plans.
Supports competitive pay practices that are compliant with all federal and state requirements (i.e., FLSA, minimum wage).
Partner with HRIS to support and manage (i) efficiencies and testing of HRIS system and other Compensation tools and (ii) compensation related data is updated to reflect changes to salary structures, bonus programs, equity plans, etc.
Manages tools and technologies (Workday, PayScale, E*TRADE) to support efficiency and perform analytics.
Completes ad-hoc requests/projects, including researching and analyzing data, organizing data into meaningful presentation materials, drawing sound conclusions and making recommendations.
Professional Experience/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Compensation, HR, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent working experience
CCP or course work completed towards CCP preferred.
2-5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills; advanced Excel skills preferred
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, high attention to detail and well organized
Ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior leaders
Workday experience is a plus
Experience supporting and preparing the Compensation Discussion & Analysis (CD&A) in the Annual Proxy Statements is a plus
High regard for customer service and the protection of confidential information
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and internal customers
Must be able to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Salary Range:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00PRA Group has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, specific working location and market position. This posted salary range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, and PRA Group reserves the right to adjust this range depending on the qualifications and location of the selected candidate. In addition to base salary, PRA may offer additional benefits to include performance based bonus programs and/or equity programs depending on the position.
