We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our busy Real Estate team in Bristol, focusing on Renewable Energy properties and clients. What you’ll do

• Carry out Land Registry applications.
• Conduct land searches for due diligence on complex properties
• Complete Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns
• Perform due diligence and prepare reports on title.
• Manage documents clearly, including preparing and maintaining records.
• Draft email correspondence and documents
• Provide excellent client service.
• Ensure deadlines are met and maintain high-quality work.
• Lead the use of technology to maintain confidentiality agreements for key E&I clients.

What we’re looking for

• Paralegal experience in Real Estate
• Experience with Land Registry applications, searches, and SDLT returns.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy team with demanding clients.
• Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Highly organised with great time management skills
• Strong work ethic
• Collaborative team player
