Integrated Metering Alliance (IMA) is the team that provides new and replacement meters, water saving initiatives and develops new ways to better service our customers. This area of Anglian Water has a whole host of roles and opportunities available, from operational frontline work to project management, data analysis and more.

What will you be doing as a Scheduler? 

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Full Time Scheduler to join our busy and energetic IMA team based in Huntingdon.  

  • Managing the planning of future work schedules for the IMA metering operatives in an efficient way, maximising operational utilisation and productivity.

  • Prioritise and deploy high priority work to our field-based engineers.  

  • Ensure customer promises are met and pro-actively contact customers or 3rd parties to advise of issues as early as possible.  

  • Keep databases and systems up-to-date.  

  • Participate in project groups to contribute towards continuous improvements to deliver customer satisfaction.

  • Able to communicate at all levels with all stakeholders

 

A little bit about your skills, experience and behaviours…. 

  • Ideally educated to A level standard or equivalent

  • Demonstrate a strong knowledge and understanding of working in an operational or operational support environment.

  • Our ideal candidate will have experience in one of the following areas - customer services, operational processes or scheduling.

  • Possess proven customer service skills, excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills in this fast-paced role, along with strong prioritising and decision-making skills.

  • Confidently show initiative working on your own or as part of a team and be highly flexible and organised.

  • You must be highly competent in IT and have good keyboard skills.
