Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting projects in the Technology Delivery Centers by tracking and managing project management office activities. Your typical day will involve proactively monitoring, managing, and reporting on the execution of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Manage account supply and demand activities (including coordination with delivery lead, talent contact and resources) - Expected to build Knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in tracking and managing project management office activities. - Proactively monitor the execution of deliverables. - Manage and report on the progress of projects. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Assist in the development and implementation of project control processes. - Support the project team in meeting project objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in tracking and reporting project progress. - Knowledge of project control processes and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team. - Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
