The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,700.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, curious and team-oriented individual to join our Jordan Brand Marketing organization - focusing on the Los Angeles marketplace. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

In this role, you’ll support the team in executing marketing strategies for Jordan Brand’s Los Angeles Team.  You will assist the team in creating and implementing Jordan athlete & seasonal marketing strategies, managing seasonal product needs and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to work on product launches, athlete brand plans, key seasonal priorities and activations that strengthen our connection with our key Basketball and Streetwear consumers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Seasonal Product Ordering
  • Seasonal Product Seeding Strategy
  • Seasonal Support to Experts and Lead
  • Meeting Agenda and Recaps
  • Assist in Seasonal Recaps
  • Consumer & City pulse reports
  • Partner with Ops Lead on important internal dates and gates

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work cross-functionally with key partners across the North America and Global Brand Marketing teams. You’ll also partner closely with the partners throughout the city of Los Angeles and beyond. This role will report directly the Los Angeles Marketing Director.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • BA/BS Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communications); or equivalent combination of education and experience and training
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a brand marketing role, or relevant role, within a cross functional  or cross category team
  • Experience working in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Proven track record to handle mulitiple, competing priorities while also remaining detail oriented
  • Outstanding leadership skills to influence functional teams and large cross-functional projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort leveraging art and science to inform plans and decision making
  • Experience working in SAP is a plus
  • Experience with an event agency or large-scale special events preferred but not required.
