The Influencer Management Manager plays a crucial role in the Influencer Marketing department, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with influencers to promote the brand's products or services. You will strategize and execute campaigns using influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
What You’ll Do
Leading a team of 3 - 5 members & quality check all projects of the team
Working with Planning, Creative, Creator Growth department to develop plan & proposal
Researching & proposing influencer list for campaign. Preparing quotation & optimize KPI for client
Briefing, negotiating & closing the deal with Influencer to proceed the campaign.
Managing campaigns actively and closely to achieve good performance. Report after campaign
Working with Finance/Legal team to prepare paperwork for influencer
Exploring new influencer & establish, manage relationships with influencers
Well-managing at least 5 - 8 campaigns at the same time.
Supporting the department as needed.
Who You Are
Bachelor Degree is required
At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing; including 1 year in the same position
Leadership skill
Good command of English
Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms & influencer market
Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit
Well-manage workload, negotiation skill, promptly give solutions to solve issues.
Supportive other members in the team to grow up day by day.
Need to be social-savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
