Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and communicating risk management activities to help manage and mitigate risks for internal and external business partners.

  • Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  • Work with Integration Management Office to ensure milestones are met on time and facilitate Pre LD1/Post LD1 updates and actions  with Risk & Compliance sub workstream leads

  • Actively engage Risk & Compliance employees and people leaders to facilitate change management needs unique to sell side of merger

  • Create and manage internal Risk & Compliance integration reporting materials with key stakeholders

How You’ll Do It

  • Develop and execute programs to engage with and educate internal and external business partners on activities/best practices to proactively manage risks and controls

  • Lead and participate in efforts to develop and enhance Company and department risk management framework, policies, standards and processes

  • Leads and participates in risk management, payments security and incident response events and tabletop exercises

  • Engages with internal and external business partner on risk and control assessments/initiatives and work with them to implement solutions to help manage risk 

Qualifications You’ll Need
The Basics

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Finance, Accounting, Security and Intelligence, Law or related

  • 6+ years of Fraud Risk Management, Payment Security, Payment Operations, Risk, Audit or related experience

  • In Lieu of Education, 8+ years of Fraud Risk Management, Payment Security, Payment Operations, Risk, Audit or related experience

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Masters Degree in Business Administration or Management, Security and Intelligence, Law, Finance or Analytics preferred.

  • 8+ years of Fraud Risk Management, Payment Security, Payment Operations, Risk, Audit or related experience preferred.

  • CISSP = Certified Information Systems Security Certificate preferred.

  • Merger & Acquisition experience specific to deliverables within integration management office or financial services Risk & Compliance Experience.

Compensation:

The base pay for this position generally ranges between $106,000.00 to $178,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
