Assist the Director, Quality Assurance and Compliance to oversee the internal and external audit process to ensure the highest levels of customer service and to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Understand AGI procedural requirements and customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the local manager to observe/access policies and procedures as per the AGI and customer audit process.
  • Manage all aspects of the AGI internal Quality Assurance Program
  • Understand and communicate company policies and procedures to team members.
  • Manage risk including completion of audit, station and management of change risk assessments.
  • Manage third party audit response.
  • Maintain an accurate record of audits, inspections, and compliance issues.
  • Maintain working industry relationships with customers through regular communications and sharing of best practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory compliance partners
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Complete all tasks within established company standards.

 Skills and Experience

  • 3-5 Years operational experience
  • Preferred - Knowledge of more than one Airport/Ground Handing product line (Ramp, Cargo, Passenger, Security, Fuel)
  • Ability to travel-75% year one, 50% year two and onward
  • Detail oriented
  • Environmental compliance knowledge a plus
  • Experience with EHS and Quality Management Systems and Certifications a plus
  • Initiative to work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of office 365 suite of products
