Summary

We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our team. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting our recruiters with sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills and a passion for helping people find their next career opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters with sourcing and screening candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Update candidate and client information in our database
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate follow-up
• Assist with onboarding new hires
• Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team as needed

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative support preferred
