Here is what you need to know about this role

Position: Manager - Servicing (Corporate Insurance)
Cater to all servicing and support aspects for Group as well as Corporate Insurance Product

Years of experience: 5 to 7 years in Servicing

Claims Servicing:
Coordinate with TPAs and Insurers for Claims
Facilitate claim registration, tracking and closures
Interacting with Employees, HRs and Insurers for all servicing requests
Handhold customers during the entire claim process to ensure faster closures
Identify gaps and streamline the process
Cater to Cashless as well as Reimbursement claims
Scrutinize claim documents before raising with the TPAs/Insurers
Act as a helpdesk for Employees and HRs to resolve queries
Procure and analyze Claims MIS, loss ratio and trends.
Maintain faster TATs & excellent customer experience for Claim settlements

Endorsement:
Responsible for timely addition & deletion of Employees under Insurance cover
Ensure all the Employees are duly covered from day 1 of joining
Track and reconcile the enrolment process End to End including Health Card creation
Develop process for in-house endorsement for Retail insurance (motor & health)

Other Support activities:
SPOC for all customer queries on retail as well as group insurance
Support calling team by resolving the issues for group as well as retail insurance
Tracking and reconciliation of commission
