Job Summary:
Identify, evaluate, pursue and execute acquisition, divestiture, strategic partnership and minority investment opportunities
Lead transaction due-diligence and integration processes through managing multi-disciplinary teams to ensure value-realization targets are achieved
Develop the Chamberlain Group's corporate development strategies
Research capital market trends and conduct market analysis on attractive industry sectors, technologies and geographies for expansion strategic fit for the company
Maintain strong network with deal flow sources to maintain/enhance acquisition and investment idea pipeline
Conduct valuation and financial modeling of transaction targets throughout the deal lifecycle
Develop and present investment recommendations to executive management and board of directors
Monitor and refine approach to Chamberlain Group's inorganic growth strategies
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10+ years of relevant work experience
Able to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Master's degree in Business Administration preferred; CFA charter preferred
