The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: 

This role will be Moloco Ads first hire for partner marketing, and this person will be responsible for building and scaling the role from scratch. The role will work closely with both key Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and leading Agencies to drive a range of marketing initiatives to contribute to Moloco’s growth.

The Opportunity: 

  • Partner marketing strategy:
    • Collaborate closely with partnerships and sales teams to foster strong relationships with marketing teams at Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) and leading performance agencies to grow Moloco’s revenue.
    • Develop and define the partner marketing strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment on key initiatives that drive mutual growth.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner marketing teams, working to identify and capitalize on joint marketing opportunities.
  • Content Development:
    • Work with internal teams and external partners to align on content themes that benefit both Moloco and its partners.
    • Oversee the development and production of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Events:
    • Work closely with regional marketing teams and sales to identify and align on key events where partner involvement is crucial.
    • Lead the coordination and production of high-quality content at events
  • Measurement:
    • Determine KPIs to measure success of various initiatives and set up tracking
    • Based on learnings, adapt the partner marketing strategy to ensure maximum impact
  • As the partner marketing function matures, the scope will likely evolve to cover more partnership types (eg creative, data, etc) and responsibilities (eg input into partner program design)

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me? 

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with 3+ years of experience in a partner marketing role
  • Keen understanding of the mobile app marketing ecosystem 
  • Ability to be a quick learner and hit the ground running
  • Proven track record of operating independently across strategy development, execution and measurement of impact
  • Great at stakeholder management across both internal and external partners 
  • Experience with producing high-quality marketing content from conception to launch
  • Excellent written and communication skills to a myriad of audiences spanning from practitioners to c-level executives
  • Bonus:
    • Experience building and scaling a partner marketing function from the ground up 
    • Previous jobs including work in a fast paced startup and being able to execute with minimal guidance 
    • Prior work experience in a mobile app marketing company


Our Compensation And Benefits (for United States Residents Only)

In accordance with various state laws, the range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities. We also offer a competitive benefits package.

Base Compensation Range:
$144,000$216,000 USD
