The UKI Field Marketing focus is to build and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth and deliver tangible ACV to fuel the continued growth of Workday in the UKI region. We are a trusted strategic partner to the UKI sales business and go beyond conventional marketing approaches. We delve deep into data-driven insights to engage and activate audiences across various channels, empowering us to make bold decisions that directly impact our business outcomes. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Field Manager, UK to lead our marketing GTM and campaigns for the oCHRO buyer. This role is key to collaborating with both marketing and business partners to drive awareness, generate engagement and demand, and advocacy, all aimed at growing pipeline and ACV in our oCHRO solution suite.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering targeted campaigns to the right audience at the right time, ensuring seamless integration with our UKI industry sales teams and overall marketing plans. They will champion a customer-first, data-driven approach, leading the successful execution of marketing initiatives that drive pipeline growth and Annual Contract Value (ACV).
Key Responsibilities:
Accountability: Generate awareness and pipeline for UKI by building, managing, and implementing oCHRO campaigns for the 'Supercharge Work' GTM theme.
Collaboration: Align with sales and other internal collaborators e.g. EMEA PMM, and partners to build, implement, and optimise the go-to-market marketing strategy for the oCHRO solution suite in the UKI
Campaign Management: Project manage and deliver full-funnel campaigns for oCHRO in market, and integrating activations into the Industry GTM plans.
Value Proposition: Own the UKI value proposition, aligning and localising content, customer stories, and partners to ensure market differentiation. That the messaging and content are relevant and resonate with the local audience, generating engagement and demand.
Marketing Leadership: Act as the UKI Marketing point of contact champion, expert, and marketing engine for UKI oCHRO and aligned solution suite.
Collaborator Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across UK, EMEA and Global on an integrated plan, helping grow UKI awareness, pipeline, and ACV.
Communication: Communicate effectively with key senior stakeholders across the business and EMEA/Global marketing.
Product Launches: Be the point of contact and enabler for oCHRO product releases and launches in the UKI, ensuring new products and releases are represented across marketing activations and delivering business readiness, e.g. sales enablement.
Budget Management: Responsible for budget management and return on investment of programmes. Present findings and recommend improvements to maximise return.
Data-Driven Decisions: Use data to make informed decisions to drive performance of marketing activations.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Translate business priorities into effective marketing strategies, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing to achieve results.
Achieve annual marketing pipeline goals and key performance indicators across pipeline creation, maturation, and ACV conversion, focusing on marketing return on investment.
Set program goals, analyse performance, draw insights, and present results to support data-driven decision-making.
Data-driven approach with a focus on performance metrics and return on investment.
Experience in GTM strategy development and execution.
Other Qualifications:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration management skills.
Budget management and resource planning.
