Are you passionate about working with high growth businesses? We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Partnerships & Alliances, to join the Finance team supporting Partnerships & Alliances (“P&A”), which is one of the newest and highest growth businesses at Thomson Reuters (“TR”). We in P&A combine strategic thinking with data driven decision making to enable our Legal Professionals, Corporates and TAP (collectively the “Big 3”) customer segments to grow by leveraging partnerships.

About the Role:

  • Support the Partner and Alliances (P&A) business by preparing management reporting and providing insights to financial performance to business leaders.

  • Drive specified P&A Sales Forecasting, Annual Planning, Business Analysis, Business Performance Reporting, Strategic Business Planning processes.

  • Provide support for ad hoc financial analysis for business decisions including but not limited to EPCs, new partnership opportunities and strategic partner reviews.

  • Support collaborating teams by analyzing operations, revenue and/or expenses to support overall decisions regarding margins and other business objectives.

  • Participate in process improvement/simplication/excellence initiatives.

  • Act as a contact point for queries from business.

About You:

  • Eligibility: Minimum 6 year of experience in Finance domain with relevant knowledge in accounting, financial Analysis & Reporting.

  • Enthusiastic - open for learning and can-do mentality.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner

  • MS Excel expertise and exposure to automation and data visualization tools – Alteryx, Tableau & Power BI.
