The Client & Innovation Engineering team challenges the status quo and finds solutions on that scale. The team takes a cross-functional view of Apollo to seek high return-on-investment opportunities to use technology in pursuit of growing the business and operating with greater efficiency. Primary Responsibilties:

Apollo is searching for a thoughtful and diligent individual to join our Product Management function, fulfilling a hybrid role that combines project management and business analysis responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with experience in understanding user needs, processes, and systems to identify opportunities and define requirements for solutions that meet business objectives. This individual should also possess project management experience, particularly in defining project plans, ensuring timely project completion and proactively communicating any risks or issues.

The candidate will collaborate closely with our global Client & Innovation team members and business stakeholders firmwide, depending on the program. Project work will span various areas, including Investor Experience, Sales & Marketing Enablement, Digital platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI initiatives.

The individual should be a quick learner who is excited to deliver impactful solutions. Additional responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.

  • Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies.

  • Continuously monitoring and managing risks, adjusting plans as necessary to minimize impact.

  • Maintaining regular communications with stakeholders.

  • Preparing and deliver project status reporting and updates.

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.

  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.

  • Analyzing existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.

  • Developing new processes or enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or insights.

  • Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

  • Develop test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.

  • Assist in the development and execution of change management plans to support solution adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience, ideally with some time spent in Finance or related industry environment.

  • Must demonstrate strong ownership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

  • Ability to actively coach less experienced team members and be an influencer in the team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rigorous work environment; demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines.

  • Exemplary interpersonal skills necessary to handle sensitive information and confidential situations.

  • Comfortable challenging peers and leaders to drive strategy forward.

  • Team-oriented and collaborative attitude is a must.
