WHO YOU ARE:

Our HR Analytics team serves Zinnia by leveraging data to understand and improve employee experiences, optimize hiring practices, and enhance overall workplace efficiency. Our goal is to help uncover opportunities and make data-driven decisions that impact employee satisfaction and productivity. We partner with HR, Leadership, and various stakeholders across the company to develop deeper insights into workforce dynamics and build solutions to optimize our internal human resources practices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to monitor and measure workforce trends, research employee satisfaction, and help drive the HR analytics roadmap.
  • Drive analytical projects focused on employee performance, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Utilize inferential and causal modeling to uncover deeper HR trends from a quantitative perspective, design, and test interventions.
  • Create visualizations intended to monitor HR metrics or uncover interesting trends to investigate.
  • Lead the test and learn process for HR data analysis and A/B testing, including helping stakeholders decide on testing strategies, generating baselines, approximating sample sizes, and performing analysis of test results.
  • Partner with data engineering on new data pipelines and ingestion requests, as well as advise on data model improvements.
  • Mentor junior analysts and collaborate closely with data scientists to integrate predictive and algorithmic solutions into HR practices.
  • Drive best practices in data analysis and uphold analysis standards across the HR team.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • You have 4-5 years of analytics experience, with a focus on Human Resources analytics, including employee behavior, retention strategies, and workforce planning.
  • You are proficient with analytics platforms and code in R or Python, and use SQL/relational cloud databases efficiently.
  • You have experience with designing and analyzing HR experiments, including but not limited to A/B testing.
  • You understand HR metrics and are skilled at applying these metrics in decision-making and prioritization.
  • You are well-versed with techniques for analyzing employee data such as cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and experimentation.

BONUS POINTS:

  • Prior knowledge or experience with AI/ML projects within HR contexts or causal inference modeling.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Gurugram, India Area.
  • Ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights and compelling stories.
