As a Senior Data Analyst within our Healthcare Consulting Services Team, you will play a crucial role in managing, developing, and delivering multiple consulting projects for a diverse range of healthcare clients, including public and private hospitals, regional healthcare systems, and health insurance companies. Your work will span the entire data process, from data collection to transforming it into actionable insights and solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Projects: Manage the design, analysis, development, and delivery of projects for healthcare organizations.
  • Data Analysis: Process and analyze large healthcare databases, including laboratory and clinical biomarkers, pharmacy, and administrative data.
  • Dashboard Design: Create and implement dashboards using business intelligence tools.
  • Data Modeling: Build, develop, and maintain data models, automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
  • Insight Generation: Use analytical techniques to generate and interpret key findings, leveraging these insights to support business outcomes.
  • Client Interaction: Prepare, execute, and follow up on client meetings and deliverables.
  • Research: Conduct desk research using internal and external sources.
  • Industry Knowledge: Proactively develop your knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
  • Proposal Support: Assist in proposal development.
  • Team Collaboration: Work independently and as part of a team, supervising junior team members and providing guidance during project development.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in data analysis.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in R/Python programming, SQL database/coding, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Methodical and logical approach with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for healthcare.
  • Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in advanced analytics projects.
  • Experience with data warehouse systems and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (Tableau preferred).
  • Understanding of the healthcare sector and main hospital processes.
