The Opportunity:

This is a senior OBIEE Development role at CACI supporting all technical phases of the software development life cycle (requirements, design, coding, testing, training, production support) to support the Development and Enhancement of Oracle EBS Data Warehouse reporting.


Responsibilities:

Work in an Agile team in performing requirements gathering and analysis, and designs, codes, tests, and troubleshoots functionality and enhancements for OBIEE, ODI, and GoldenGate.

Serve as the technical lead a close-knit Agile development team.

Work with team members to understand and resolve software problems, resolves customer complaints with software, and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements.

Work the Agile team and product owner to effectively gathering system requirements, produce detailed requirement specifications, and work to solve moderately complex problems within our data warehouse.

Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood, collaborate on application designs, and provide assistance with overcoming obstacles faced during development.

Assist in conducting unit testing at the development site to validate requirements.

Continuously analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and identify solutions to new and emerging business processes.



Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related course of study.
  • 8 Years OBIEE experience.
  • Must be able to interface daily with end user community via phone and email during specified core working hours.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Desire to work in an Agile environment.


Desired:

  • Experience working in DOD environment.
  • Experience with Veridata.
  • Experience with Oracle GoldenGate
  • Experience or familiarity with the Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Interest in and/or comfort with presenting to an audience a plus.  
  • Passion for learning complex business applications and getting into the details of why and how something works.
  • Pertinent certifications attained (ITIL, Security+, etc.)

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
