NCS is looking for a high energy and compelling client consulting leader to serve as a Senior Director on our Sales and Business Development team. This person will be the lead contact on key digital publisher platforms focused on solutions for their CPG clients. This is a highly visible role that will allow you to drive demand and revenue by working closely with the Client Consulting and Senior Leadership teams to craft unique solutions to help our clients. This position requires strong sales and marketing competencies combined with the ability to form strategic partnerships that help NCS and our respective digital publisher clients grow their business. It also requires a growth mindset with a focus on building strategic relationships with our publishers so that we continue to have a high level of engagement and partnerships that collaborate and build together.

A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $150,000- $200,000, which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at NCS is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications and other business requirements/needs.
