Position Overview 

This is a long-term contract opportunity 6-8 months minimum

  • This position will support business-critical data analysis, reporting, and trending.

  • The position involves system level comprehension, attention to detail, organization, and constant interaction within the business to the accomplishment of the company goals.

  • This individual will collaborate both within post market surveillance and across other functions, including quality and data management and to maintain project progress and ensure timely and effective project deliverables.

  • The position is responsible for compiling post market data for report to leadership.

  • This position reports to the Manager of Post Market Safety Analysis.

  • Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends. Follows processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all stages of the post market safety process including; Data Analysis, Reporting and Trending, Documentation Review

• Maintain accurate documentation and files related to special projects

• Support database development and reporting capabilities related to the complaint / reliability department needs.

• Assist during FDA, ISO or other third party or internal audits.

• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements

· At least 5+ years of overall work experience in a technical and/or quality/compliance discipline/regulated industry, with data management, record keeping, and technical aptitude

· Effective verbal and technical writing skills. Ability to communicate at multiple levels of an organization.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Ability to organize and judge priorities.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

· Willingness to pursue additional learning and build qualifications in professional field, as required.

· Experience leading/managing improvement projects.

· Experience with SAP S4 Hanna, Spotfire, Power BI, Trackwise
