HR are the custodians of the employee lifecycle - from acquiring talent, through to leadership development and training, internal mobility, advising on employee relations, and delivering remuneration and benefits programs.

See yourself in our team

The People Analytics chapter is focused on enabling our people and leaders to make decisions that are informed by accurate, reliable, and relevant insights, taking actions that reflect the behaviour we need to pursue excellence across our organization, and doing all of this themselves - quickly, and easily. This includes a focus on our strategic priorities, including uplifting our people analytics through digital transformation, optimization, and enabling activities – for employees, leaders and key stakeholders across the Group.

In this role

As an Analyst in the People Analytics Foundational analytics Chapter, you are responsible for the support and provision of quality analytics on a macro level, which will see you involved in the gathering, processing, and interpreting of data to provide insights on the current HR experience within the Group and its Business Units.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving HR analytics processes through automation using tools e.g. Microsoft Power suite (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate)

We're interested in hearing from people who:
