Overall objectives to be achieved:

  • Support of Human Resources (HR) & General Affairs (GA) issues
  • Implementation and adaptation of corporate policies

Reporting lines:

  • Direct manager: HR/GA Coordinator, NMUKR
  • Manager’s manager: Country Manager, NMUKR
  • Functional Manager: HR/GA BP, Nissan Europe

Main tasks and responsibilities:

HR:

  • Organization and preparation of HR documentation
  • Support of recruitment process
  • Support in adaptation according to Ukrainian Legislation of HR Company’s Policy
  • Support in Appraisal processes
  • Support in preparation of all necessary salary documents according to Ukrainian Legislation and Company’s rules
  • Work with insurance companies (medical, life and other insurances)
  • Support in preparing of HR / GA budget figures on behalf of Ukraine
  • Implementation of HR / GA systems (software)
  • Providing of trainings for staff upon request
  • Running compensation & benefit systems and processes
  • Support the personnel-related tax process
  • Management of personnel data in Workday
  • Support European headquarter in reports, projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Keeping contact with local authorities, provide input towards them
  • Various administrative tasks
  • Replacing HR / GA Coordinator and secretary – receptionist upon request

GA:

  • GA documentation
  • Office supplying
  • Fleet management
  • Work with insurance company re. insurance of company vehicles

Required background, experience and education:

  • HR background
  • 2 years of experience in HR
  • Perfect knowledge of UKR labor legislation
  • University degree
  • Knowledge of Workday is not required but can be plus

Skills, abilities and languages:

  • English fluent + local language
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible, open-minded personality
  • Strongly business & result orientation

KPIs:

  • Documentation, knowledge of HR local legislation, recruitment
