Job Profile / Activities: 

• Manages credit investigation activities, including credit analysis, evaluation and the rating of customers.
• Leads in financial analysis and risk assessment on accounts; supports the underwriting team on the structure and items in loan packages.
• Oversees existing workflow, finds opportunities to reduce cost and risks, and implements process improvements while adhering to related policies and procedures.
• Monitors negative credit trends and adverse signs in existing account quality; recommends preventive actions and presents to the team.

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Credit Analysis and Verification: Knowledge of credit analysis and verification; ability to utilize tools and techniques to determine the credit-worthiness of an applicant.

Fraud Detection and Prevention: Knowledge of fraudulent situations; ability to utilize processes, tools, and techniques for detecting, addressing and preventing fraud.

Loan Origination: Knowledge of the skills, methods and technologies used to process new loan applications; ability to perform loan origination activities while adhering to established policies and procedures.
 

Basic Qualifications

Education: College degree is required - Business Administration, Economy, Accounting or Engineering preferred.

Language: Pre-advanced English

Experience: Credit analysis background of at least 5 years

Desireble Qualifications:

Advanced level of English
